I'm so excited for you and grateful to you for sharing with me. I hope that your birth is exactly how you want it to be, when you look back at it. (It's hard to plan a birth, but it's easy to look back and say, "That was a good birth. It ended up being exactly how I wanted it to be.")
CLOTH DIAPERING: My tip is to buy a cloth diaper lot off of ebay. They're way too expensive to buy new, and they work even better used because theyre just the right amount of stretched out. I also highly recommend getting rolls of bamboo liners (very thin, like toilet paper) that you can throw in the garbage after each changing, to make your life so much easier. But if you are just interested in wiping with reusable wipes and this cream: THAT MAKES SENSE TO ME, THIS CREAM RULES. It cleans EVERYTHING off the butt. It is olive oil based. It doesn't smell like anything. The baby likes it. It prevents diaper rash BIG TIME. And it's cheap and easy to get reusable wipes (you can even just use cut-up t-shirts), and easy to wash them. So anyway, this cream is great and I highly recommend it.
